Rudsambee is a choir based in Edinburgh. The name comes from the Gaelic expression rud sam bith idir, meaning "anything at all", which represents our eclectic taste in music.
Seeking a new leader: our wonderful director Ciara Coleman has to leave us in September, when her career will take her away from Edinburgh. We are starting the search for a new leader: here's the basic information. Please contact us if it interests you.
Hear us next on Sunday 21st August, in the Palm House of the Royal Botanic Garden Edinburgh at 2pm and 4pm. We will be singing by invitation for the Edinburgh International Festival's community engagement initiative.

From time to time, we perform fund-raising concerts for a variety of charities - most recently, on April 30th with the brilliant Hepton Singers from Hebden Bridge in Yorkshire. Our very generous audience gave a total of over £900 for our chosen charities, Contact the Elderly and Mercy Corps.
We'd be delighted to sing for your function or event. See our contact page for information.
Interested in singing with us? We'd love to hear from you. We are currently looking for one or two basses.
We enjoy occasional exchange visits with groups of singers from elsewhere - most recently, the outstanding Voxcetera from London. If you think your group may be compatible in size and style, and you'd enjoy a trip to Edinburgh, then please get in touch.
We would like to thank
for their generous support of our very successful pub quiz evening on February 24th last year - an event which we hope to revive in 2016. Watch this space.
